What applies:
- Fast-track customs clearance for critical imports — within 24 hours.
- Deferral of customs payments for entrepreneurs who are internally displaced persons — up to 90 days.
- Mandatory prior checks for electronics, software and components that may have military applications.
What to do: If your product is on the list of dual-use goods, prepare an additional explanation of the end user and the intended use.
