How we handle a dispute
- We advise not to pay straight away: paying without an appeal = accepting the claims
- We collect the primary documents: contract, invoice, SWIFT confirmation, packing lists, correspondence
- We file an administrative complaint with a full set of evidence
- We request a meeting with the customs official
- If the complaint is rejected — a claim in the administrative court
