Service packages

Each BROER package is a separate stage of work. If you continue working with us on the same project after it is completed, the fee for the previous package is credited towards the fee for the next stage.

A European company? We have a separate set of packages for EU businesses working with Ukraine — priced in EUR: Ukraine Trade Check, Market Entry, Supplier Check, Trade Compliance and Trade Desk. EU packages

Five BROER packages

Each package is a separate stage of work with a defined result, timeframe and price.

01

TRADE CHECK

Check the deal before the cargo crosses the border

An incorrect UKTZED code or a mistake in the documents or the customs value can lead to cargo delays, additional payments and fines.

TRADE CHECK helps identify the main customs and foreign trade risks before the goods are shipped.

What you get

We check:

  • the UKTZED code and product classification;
  • foreign trade documents;
  • customs value and Incoterms;
  • estimated customs payments;
  • whether certificates, licences and permits are required;
  • the main risks of the operation and the counterparty.

You receive a short written BROER report with a risk assessment and a clear recommendation:

GO/GO WITH CONDITIONS/DO NOT PROCEED

Who it is for

For companies planning imports, exports, transit or re-exports that want to check the operation before the goods are shipped.

Don't take chances at customs — check the operation in advance.

02

CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE

Check whether your company works with customs correctly

Errors that build up in day-to-day import and export operations can lead to additional charges, fines, cargo delays and customs claims.

CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE helps identify your company's systemic customs risks before customs does.

What you get

BROER analyses:

  • the correctness of product classification;
  • the approach to determining customs value;
  • the documents and terms of foreign trade operations;
  • the use of Incoterms;
  • typical customs operations and declarations;
  • potential risks of additional charges and fines.

You receive a Compliance Report listing the problems identified, a risk assessment and specific recommendations on how to fix them.

Result

You understand:

where the company is losing money→where the customs risks are→what needs to be fixed

03

EXPORT / IMPORT READY

Prepare your company to work with a new market

Entering a new market is more than finding a buyer or supplier. A wrong product code, a missing permit or overlooked customs requirements can turn a profitable deal into a loss-making one before the first delivery.

EXPORT / IMPORT READY helps prepare a specific product and foreign trade operation for entering a new market.

What you get

BROER determines:

  • customs requirements for the product;
  • the documents and permits required;
  • classification rules;
  • customs payments and the tax burden;
  • rules of origin for the product;
  • key regulatory requirements;
  • potential barriers and risks;
  • the optimal procedure for the first delivery.

You receive a Market Entry Roadmap — a step-by-step plan of what needs to be done before the first delivery.

Who it is for

Ukrainian business→new market
or
Foreign business→Ukraine

Result

Instead of "we want to enter this market", you get a concrete plan of "what to do, how, and in what order".

04

CUSTOMS DEFENSE

Has customs already stopped your cargo or raised claims?

Customs value adjustments, incorrect classification, payment corrections or customs decisions can cost a company significant sums and block a delivery.

CUSTOMS DEFENSE is BROER's professional help in resolving a customs problem and protecting your company's interests.

We help with:

  • customs value adjustments;
  • disputes over the UKTZED code;
  • additional customs charges;
  • delayed or blocked goods;
  • claims by customs authorities;
  • appeals against customs decisions.

What you get

BROER:

  • analyses the customs decision and documents;
  • defines the legal and customs position;
  • assesses the prospects of an appeal;
  • prepares a defence strategy;
  • prepares the necessary documents and arguments;
  • supports the process within the agreed scope of work.

Result

We establish what exactly caused the problem, how it can be resolved and what position to take before customs.

05

TRADE DESK

Your external foreign trade and customs department

You don't need an in-house foreign trade specialist, but every shipment raises new questions?

Product codes, documents, customs, contracts, Incoterms, new suppliers and buyers — TRADE DESK becomes your company's external team of experts.

What you get

Within the prepaid package, BROER supports your ongoing foreign trade operations:

  • advice on foreign trade and customs matters;
  • review of foreign trade documents;
  • product classification;
  • customs risk analysis;
  • advice on Incoterms;
  • preliminary estimates of customs payments;
  • checks of new operations before shipment;
  • prompt recommendations on problem situations.

How it works

You don't buy a separate consultation every time a question comes up.

You buy ongoing access to BROER's expertise for a set period.

Who it is for

For companies that regularly:

  • import;
  • export;
  • work with several suppliers;
  • make international deliveries;
  • want a foreign trade expert without building their own department.

Result

One external centre of expertise for your day-to-day foreign trade and customs questions.

BROER carries out its analysis on the basis of information, documents and data provided by the client. The client is responsible for the completeness, accuracy and relevance of the information provided.

The results of the analysis, conclusions and recommendations of BROER reflect a professional assessment of the information available at the time the service is provided and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome or of a specific decision by a public authority or any other third party.

The provision of a package does not release the client from the obligation to make its own commercial, customs, legal and other decisions regarding its business.

If additional documents, information, expert examinations or special third-party services are required for the proper performance of the assignment, BROER may request them from the client or offer to engage them separately.

The specific content of the service, the result, timing, price and other terms are determined by the description of the relevant package and/or the agreement between BROER and the client.
