We set the task: 500 items of medical equipment — from syringes to MRI components. The human expert spent 47 hours. The AI took 3.5 hours.

Results:

  • AI: 94.2% accuracy on the first pass.
  • Expert: 99.1% accuracy.

After refining the AI output with spot verification by the expert (15% of items), overall accuracy reached 98.7%, in 6 hours.

Conclusion: AI does not replace the expert, but it makes their work 8 times more productive.
